out of the blue, sort of...

i have a powerful gut feeling that the climate of the earth is going to change drastically and rapidly. the consequences of that are incomprehensible. what we quaintly call "global warming" might render every human conceit moot within my lifetime.

for some reason this doesn't scare me at all. rather, it makes me curious.
