i
well, it looks like the land purchase will be delayed at best. my bank will not allow me to make a transfer remotely, despite the fact that i know tons of intimate details of my and my family´s lives. i already have a ticket back to guatemala to finalize the deal, so i will see if they can wait six months. in the meantime i can have the title registered in advance.

ugh.
