i dreamt i was starring in jurassic park IV. we escaped from a gigantosaurus (that was the name in the dream). it was kinda fun, not scary at all. at one point i was running away and i kept trying to turn my cruise control on by pushing the fly button on my jeans.
next thursday afternoon i will be at tucson international airport to meet yet another livejournaller. this brilliant, compassionate and beautiful woman has touched and moved hundreds of her fellow journallers, myself included, with her bold, heartfelt, uncompromising, and at times painfully honest and personal posts. regardless of subject, she has a way with words that paints a picture more vivid than oils or acrylics are capable of. her words gently wrap themselves around your soul and then infuse it with feelings you weren't aware of. if muse isn't on your friends list, she should be. over the past few months, we have developed a friendship outside of LJ which has enriched my life in more ways than i can tell you. i will be on pins and needles for the next week, anticipating.
a few years ago i was pretty sure that although i could envision programming a computer to create the pattern i paint, it wasn't yet possible within technological restrictions. now i'm not so sure. anyone out there know enough about computers to comment? the pattern must appear organic and non-repetetive even under close scrutiny. can it be done?
