Today is one of those days when you can see what attracted people to Phoenix. 1 1/2 inches of rain has washed the exhaust and dust from the air. You can see mountains 30 miles away as crystal clear as if they were in your back yard. Colors that are usually bleached out of existence by the sun and smog have soaked up the rain and are rich and vibrant. five or ten different species of cloud populate a sky containing a myriad of blues. If only we could get away from burning fossil fuels, this could be the norm instead of the exception.
