Tucson residents use about 160 gallons per day per person of precious water. Phoenix residents use 250+ gallons per person per day (Paradise Valley uses 330 Gallons per day per person). a golf course uses enough water to supply 14,000 homes. all but two of Tucson's municipal courses use reclaimed water (13 of 38 in the whole area). almost all of the Phoenix area's 250 courses use drinking water.
