nobody commented in the glaring geographic blunder in the fourth answer to my poll. afghanistan isn't between the caspian and yugoslavia, it's between the caspian and pakistan. if you look at the chart at the bottom, you'll see that through afghanistan is the most efficient option, giving the most cf for the buck.
