everyone remembers the fable about the little boy who cried wolf. everyone who isn't in complete denial knows there will eventually be another major terrorist attack, just as the villagers knew that eventually a wolf would attack the little boy's flock. the question is, when the attack comes will we all say "wow, they were right?"
