i got some kind of email that is evidently poisonous to eudora. i can't even open the program. i have it set to automatically check email, and i get an "unhandled exception" message right before it shuts down. i tried reinstalling it from the website. no luck. without opening it, i can't get my registration number for the automated tech support or the phone support. after listening to the phone tell me to reenter my registration number four times, i was transferred to customer service, where i got another recording asking me to leave my phone number. supposedly someone will call me back. problem is, they want me to leave the registration number with my message too...
