israel is withdrawing from the west bank. that's a good thing. but they are going to bulldoze all the homes left behind. that's just a stupid waste. all they could possibly gain from that is a short-lived bit of spiteful pleasure. better to leave them for the palestinians, along with all the greenhouses, etc. a viable and prosperous palestine is much more likely to be a peaceful neighbor than a poor, frustrated palestine.
