halong bay. spectacular limestone and travertine islands rising vertically from the calm waters. a huge limestone cave, sadly dead from too much human interference, but still beautiful. much good food and companionship with friends from ireland, holland, australia, and germany. jumping off the top of the boat into the warm waters of the bay. the weather wasn't the best for photography, but i got a few good shots. tomorrow we leave for hue by train. see you there!
