Cascading Style Sheets

fairly new, right?

is it just me, or does the accumulation of these in my Temp folder bog down my browser?

i've been to a couple of links, so i sort of understand what they are for, but i don't really get what the benefit to me is.

i'm sure one of you knows all about this...
